Train2Care Academy is a registered domiciliary agency with a “Good” CQC rating in all aspects of our services.  Led by an experienced recruitment manager with over 16 years of recruitment and training experience, we are an accredited training provider that offers bespoke, personalised care in an innovative way through well-trained and empathetic staff working withclients in their own homes.

We have a range of support services put in place for individuals.  Services may involve routine household tasks within or outside of the home, providing personal care, and other associated domestic services necessary to maintain an individual in a good level of health, hygiene, dignity, safety in their home and to be able to participate in outside activities to improve their health, social- and well-being.

We also offer transport services for school runs, special events, recreation and sporting events with our experienced, specially trained PCO drivers and passenger assistant staff.

We currently have PCO drivers, passenger assistants and adapted cars and vans.  All of our drivers are selected based on their experience and have held a PCO licence for more than three years and have a clean driving licence.  All of our vehicles are less than seven years old.  We have trained all of our PCO licence holders to complete care training, including manual handling, so that they have the knowledge, training, and expertise to deal with our clients.
