Here at Train2Care Academy we currently have PCO drivers and adapted cars and vans and passenger assistants.  Our drivers are selected based on their experience and must have held a PCO licence for more than three years, a clean driving licence and have a minicab and specially adapted vehicles that are less than seven years old.  We have trained all of our PCO licence holders to complete care training including manual handling so that they have the knowledge, training, and expertise to deal with our clients.  We offer:

• People carriers
• 7-8 seater mini-buses
• PATS Trained Carers

Our Passenger Assistants are fully trained with PATS Training Certificate (Passenger Assistant Training Certificate), safeguarding, care training including manual handling and fully vetted with enhanced DBS and can offer you:

• Helping passengers get on and off the vehicle
• Securing wheelchairs and baggage before a journey begins
• Assisting passengers while the vehicle is moving
• Accompanying passengers after their journey, where necessary
• Adhering to health and safety at all times
• Keeping the vehicle tidy between journeys

Assistance with Travel
Our trained Carer can help your family to go out together for a few hours or even to go on holidays together, so that you can enjoy quality and precious time.

Our trained care worker can help your loved ones with personal care and mobility when you are elsewhere for a few hours or when you are on holiday in the UK or abroad.
